Led by the Italian teacher Andrea Brugnera, actor, director and playwright, the Montreuil Sur Mer workshop is a unique opportunity for a professional training addressed to those who want to deepen their knowledge of the techniques of Commedia dell’Arte with an innovative approach that transposes them into contemporary languages.

Andrea Brugnera. Actor, director, playwright with over 40 years of national and international career in the field of theatre. Internationally accredited researcher in the field of sacred representation and popular theatre. He started his theatrical experience by attending the training in Commedia dell’Arte, directed by Giovanni Poli at “L’Avogaria Theatre” (Venice 1975-77). From 1978 to 2009 he participated in artistic productions and he performed solo shows in Great Britain, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Malta, the United States, Japan and Mexico. Since 1985, he began a personal research on narration, popular drama and sacred theatre, producing independently or in collaboration with major theatrical centres, 11 shows, still in his repertoire.
